Description: We wanted our guesthouse to reflect everything we liked about staying in Brighton. Guest and the City therefore takes the best bits of a traditional BandB a relaxed, friendly service, a central location and of course a top-notch breakfast and puts them in modern, high-spec surroundings.The result is a boutique feel without luxury prices. To us, that's what Brighton is all about finding new things which surprise you and make you smile.We have seven private bedrooms, situated in the heart of Kemptown, minutes from the centre of Brighton including The Lanes, 30 seconds from the beach and the world famous Brighton Pier.
Directions: We are situated at the bottom of Broad Street on the right (Near to the Amsterdam hotel on the Seafront). Simply head to the Palace pier on the seafront and turn left past Harry Ramsdens fish and chip shop. Take the first left into Manchester Street, turn right at the top onto St James' Street and then take the second right into Broad Street.
