Alvia is a 2 Star AA Accredited Bed and Breakfast
Description: The Alvia hotel is a small and comfortable guesthouse, which has recently undergone extensive refurbishment. We offer off street car parking but spaces are limited and must be booked in advance; parking costs £15 per night. We are located within easy walking distance from the centre of Brighton and are a few minutes from the seafront.Please note that we do not have 24 hours reception; check in is between 11.30 and 13.00 and 16.00 and 19.00 Monday to Saturday, and from 11.30 to 14.00 on Sunday, unless otherwise arranged and confirmed when making the booking.
Directions: The Alvia is on the 7 bus route which comes direct from the station. It is at the top of St. James' Street and less than five minutes walk from the sea front.
